Frequently Asked Questions
Should I Wait To Book Hair And Makeup Until I Know My Final Head Count for My Bridesmaids?
No, it is not recommend waiting until you have a final headcount to secure your date as availability first comes first serve. We only take 1 wedding a day and receive up to 8 inquires for the same day. However, we recommend securing yourself first then adding services on later. (You have up to 90 days prior to your wedding to add on additional members to your hair and makeup headcount)
How Much Is Travel?
Travel rates are already included in our packages for our most popular service locations (Charleston, SC | Columbia, SC | Charlotte, NC | Winston Salem and surrounding locations. If your wedding is outside of these locations, you will be quoted prior to booking what your travel rate would be so there are no surprise costs for full pricing transparency.
Do You Have A Service Minimum?
Yes, A service minimum of $1280 (Southern Charm Package) is required to book for Fridays & Saturday weddings during peek wedding season (March, April, May, September, October & November)
Can I Book A Trial Run Prior To Booking My Wedding Day?
Unfortunately, due to high demand we do not offer trial runs to brides who are not already booked with us., Our booked clients get 1st priority to our calendar availability and due to high demand, we cannot officially secure your date without a retainer & signed contract.
Trial Run Details
Trials are booked Fridays & Saturdays before or after weddings. They are only reserved for booked brides and done at the client’s location within our servicing area.
